These are real diamonds. They have all the physical properties of mined diamonds. They are crystallized carbon with a hardness of 10 (the highest) on the Moh’s scale of hardness. These diamonds are grown from a diamond seed that is embedded in graphite and subjected to extreme heat and pressure. This process mimics nature and is how diamonds grew underground.
