Why are these diamonds called "cultured"?
Gemesis thinks about the growth of these diamonds like they think about the growth of a pearl in an oyster. Just like the pearl grows around the grit embedded in the oyster, diamond grows around the diamond seed in the Gemesis process. Where would the pearl industry be today without cultured pearls?
