These diamonds are real. There is no physical difference. A trace amount of nickel is added to the stones to allow diamond laboratories to easily detect that this stone is a laboratory grown diamond. One main difference is that these diamonds are grown in a Gemesis laboratory above ground in Florida instead of mined under ground. Another main difference is the vividness of color produced at a tiny fraction of the cost of mined diamonds.
